Tuesday Totals

My goal this week was to leave more points unused than usual, in preparation for the eating fest that will be Vida Vegan Con this weekend.  I did, and I’m pretty sure I’ll lose at least a little when I weigh in tomorrow.

Tuesday, 8/23/11

breakfast – smoothie (banana, strawberries, kiwi, 2 Tbs rolled oats, 2 Tbs hemp protein powder, 1 cup almond milk)
AM snack – peach, coffee with hazelnut soy creamer
lunch – Mexican rice salad over lettuce with salsa and 1 tsp walnut oil
PM snack – 1/4 cup trek mix with raisins and chocolate
dinner – Hottie Black Eyed Peas & Greens, creamed corn, red onion and patty pan squash sauteed in 3/4 tsp Earth Balance

Exercise – 30 minutes yoga

Daily points used:  28
Activity points earned:  2
