I weighed in at 166.8 this morning, which is down .9 pounds from last week. I am once again at my lowest weight since joining Weight Watchers! In eight weeks I’ve lost 6.6 pounds, for an average of .8 pounds a week. Considering there were two weeks when I gained, that’s not bad. Onward and upward. Or, downward, I suppose…
Un-success of the day: I had planned to do yoga when I got home from work today, but I was too hungry and tired. I need to be sure to spread my points out and eat enough throughout the day to not be hungry at 5PM.

breakfast – 1 cup multigrain cereal squares, sliced banana, 1 Tbs raisins, 1 cup coconut drink
AM snack – coffee with coconut creamer, half a cantaloupe
lunch – smoky maple-glazed tempeh, roasted brussels sprouts, mini granola bar
PM snack – 1/4 cup wasabi wow mix
dinner – salad (lettuce, balsamic-herb baked eggplant, squash, soy curls and tomatoes, radishes, green onion, 1 Tbs hemp seeds, 1 1/2 Tbs goddess dressing), tostada shell
daily points used: 29
