Toward the end of the workday today, Dave asked what my plans were for the evening – he was in the mood for happy hour. I told him I was planning to run, cook dinner and watch The Biggest Loser, but that I could be easily swayed. We decided to come home as usual, and I stuck to some of my plan. By the time I had run and showered I was much too hungry to cook, so I skipped that part. Now I’m watching The Biggest Loser. I love this show, probably a little too much!

lunch – Chilled Chickpea, Tomatillo and Avocado Soup, Green & Yellow Beans with Garlic and Herbs
PM snack – 3/4 cup plain coconut yogurt with strawberries
dinner – lentil vegetable soup, tostada shell
dessert – chocolate shake (frozen banana and almond milk, cocoa powder)
Exercise – Couch to 5K Week 9 Day 1 (30 minutes running, 10 minutes walking)

I earned more activity points this week than I have any week so far! I normally try not to have any expectation about weigh ins, but I can’t help having a good feeling about tomorrow.
Matt and I watched the new Biggest Loser, too! I can’t stay away from that show either.
