Weigh In Wednesday

26 Oct

No MoFo post tonight.  Dave came down with some sort of flu last night, so I’m trying to stay unstressed and get to bed early in an attempt not to catch whatever he has.

I weighed in this morning at 162.2, down 2.3 pounds from last week.  That makes over ten pounds lost since I started!  I wasn’t expecting a good loss this week considering I went over my points by 42 (more than a whole day’s worth of points, for reference).  I have a few theories:

– I walked a lot while we were out of town this weekend but didn’t count it toward activity points because it was just to get around, so that probably ate up a bit of the excess calories.
– I got a real professional massage on Saturday, and considering how many knots the masseuse worked out of my back, there may have been some extra weight hiding in ’em!
– My body may have just been ready to let go of some weight.  Weight loss works in mysterious ways, and after wavering for a few weeks it may have just been time to lose a few pounds.

Oh, they’re just generic bacos. Sorry to accidentally intrigue!
